How can we set up a grammar police squad ?

The grammar on this site is atrociously bad. I am no Oxford pundit, but my hair stands, when I read some of the threads. Can we put aside our differences and do something collectively, to police (edit) offenders.

How arrogant and ignorant about the contributors on this site!!

Many are children, many do not have English as their first or even second language.

Give me an open mind with bad grammar than an arrogant person with no tolerance or imagination any day!!

I think you should include a special section on apostrophe offences. I think the problem is because of the wide age range, educational and language backgrounds of contributors.
