How can we speed up Global Warming?

I live in Ohio and, we have had one of the coldest February's on record. I have heard so much that Global Warming is on its way, but sick of waiting. So any tips?

I live in Maine and this is the most snow I have seen since the 70's. Which was about the time the temps started to rise again. Hummm you think maybe the temps are starting to decline again? That would be normal wouldn't it?

Ok you need an answer. Whatever the GW people tell you to do to stop GW do the opposite.

Has anyone even bothered to read the theory, it's small changes over long periods you can't just watch a DVD and then expect to see the changes out the window. For all the 1000s of billions of tons of Co2 we have belched out over the last century the temp has risen 0.7c and the sea 3in these are tiny changes but if the IPPC are correct the next 100 years it will be more like 2-3c and 24in sea rise those sort of change will have serious affects on many parts of the world.

Yeah, it's been extremely cold here in NY as well.  We humans can't make much of an impact at all...it's more of a global cycle that the earth goes through on its own.  The sun has the most to do with it.  Remember all of the ice ages in the Earth's history?  Global warming is what took us out of all of them.  I just wish it would get warmer out soon, and stay that way for a while!

sorry  for u, if people  keep doing what they are doing, it is a snowball, and certain things are going to happen... oh ohio is on a earthquake plate, and snow zone.. no one wants that or the hurricanes, or floods  (we get a lot of water from ice melts up north.

It is a result of global worming.

There is an imbalance in the temperature in the world.

All these things are natural. The man has done something bad but you cannot blame him as they have done it without any knowledge. If facile fuel in not identified there cannot be a development in the man. Fuel supports the global worming. But the man understood there is bad side effect later and now trying to rectify it. It is good.

One thing we should understand The worming happens due to the emission of heat energy to the atmosphere. That means we are wasting energy. In our day to day life we are buy energy use it 25% eefficiency and emit the  balance to the environment. For example to generate light for our domestic use coal covert to heat == Heat to mechanical energy== Mechanical energy to electrical energy== Electrical energy to light energy. If the efficiency is 35% for one transformation imagine the waste and it goes to the GLOBAL WORMING>

According to Milankovitch, during periods of warming (when the glaciers melt), the summers get hotter and the winters get colder.  

During periods of cooling (when we get glaciers), the winters get warmer (compared to the previous winters) and summer is cooler.

While it seems counterintuitive at first, if you study it you see that it does make sense.  

So, if you wanter a warmer winter, cool the earth off.

And personally, I don't think humans have done much to effect global warming.  Just letting you know how the cycles work.

If you are beleiving in global warming, then you have fallen for somebody's hoax.  While there are wonderful benefits to this new "green" thing, we are not changing the weather pattern, mother-nature is doing just fine.  And yes it was really cold in Utah as well.

Is cold different from warming????
