How can we spend more money on space exploration?

Question

Most people agree that we need to spend 50-100X more on space exploration. Can we as a civilation agree that this is a MUST...here are a few possible ways I think that it could work:

1. Cut Military spending buy 20%

2. Cut Welfare programs by 50%

3. Veteran program by 40%....I mean they did a good job...but get a life ok!

4. Cut free education by 80%: If you have kids the free ride is OVER...you now pay for them to go to school.

These are just a few ideas that would free up billions...what do you think?

we should worry about necessities rather than space vacations. Education, veteran support, healthcare, military - these are things we need to have. Another planet to ruin? We don't NEED that.

Free Education?? Where I just spent a small fortune on school for my young girls .

How about we cut out all the Aid to these Foreign Countries.

I think a better idea would be to not spend more on space exploration. We don't have the luxury of lots of extra tax dollars for stuff like this. Sorry.
