  1. Its better to go to the ration shop from where u got BPL Card.

    and request him to Give the Details to Apply for a APL Card.

    you will get all the details.


  2. bpl..is below poverty line, u need to surrender u r ration card for apl card, but u will loose some benfits of bpl.
