How can we turn the disaster into something good?

China suffered the most serious earthquake since the dawn of human civilization recently.In this disaster more than 60000 life were terminated unfortunately.collapsed buildings are everywhere in that region.To rebuild these cities is necessary.Absolutely this is a tragedy. But after the disaster i think we should ponder that are there some ways or possibility that we can turn the disaster into something good during the reconstruction of the cities. I don't know.So i ask for your suggestion.
