How can yahoogroups member with non/other than yahoo email domain access the yahoogroups home?

I've created polls for my group,, but some member were unable to cast their votes because they had problems to access yahoo groups from their non yahoo domain. What should i do to fix this?

easy to create a yahoo account....they all can do it...

members need to have a Yahoo account to access the groups features like polls- those members without one will have across from their e-mail address within the members list (request profile)- if you click that, it'll send info on how to create an account and link it to their membership
