How can you Pretty much Know someone's Rising ??

I wanna guess someone's rising. But I don't have

their birth time. Can I find out by Traits or chart itself. ?

If you've studied astrology long enough you can be a really good guesser as to which rising sign a person has. There are also a few good sites that give you detailed description  and pictures. Here are two that can be helpful.

You can look at my birthchart. On whatever site you use. And see what I have. I just noticed that I have 7 cardinal signs

You can't. Unless you know the exact birth time. If you know what features each sign posseses, you can try to guess. The Rising is how you come across to the world. Since you know the person better, you can study his mannerisms, physica traits, personality. How did you perceive him when you met him? etc.   Try this website. http://www.elbertwade.com/page79.html

Some very skilled astrologers can go by the events in your life and figure out your rising from those events.  My boyfriend knows how to do it I do not.

You can only find out when you have the exact time.

Other then that you cannot guess by their traits. That what I know anyway.
