I read up on this concept of "Hysterical Strength" and found it very interesting. "Hysterical Strength" is classified as a human using more than the average 33% of muscle fibers that our brain "allows us" to use. That indicates that with the proper mental training, you can utilize this strength at your own discretion. I'm not talking about working out and getting more muscle to be stronger, I'm talking about using what is there to its full potential. My question is how do you train your mind to allow you to access this reserved strength at will? Besides of course putting yourself in a life or death situation.
