I think you are asking how to add a page (tab) to you My Yahoo page.  If so, here you go.

If you are using My Yahoo classic, there is a small link at the bottom of the My Yahoo Drop down menu add/delete page (found on the right hand side of the screen next to "Select Page:".

If you are using My Yahoo Beta (the new format), there is an "Add Page" button on the left side near the top of the screen.
