I have an interview with a company that is in private equity. They invest in real estate. I am looking to do an internship with them. The position is in Switzerland and I am American with a bachelor's degree in Finance and enrolled in an MBA program.

How do I answer the question "how can you add value to this role?"

How do you find a potential investment?

How do you value a property once you do find a potential investment?

Do you know how to tap into resources available in commercial databases so you can evaluate the economics and demographics from the target investment?

How your American or personal background could help you and your company

Do you understand how to calculate pre-tax income and operating income for commercial properties?

Once your are done answering the questions that I suggested above, answer the question again "how can you add value to this role?".

If you still can't answer that question, then you are not fit for this role.
