How can you ask someone to go to a party with them?

i want to ask a Friend if i can go out to a party with them tonight because i am bored. how do i ask them with out sounding desperate, pushy ect

Maybe just tell them how bored you are and see if they invite you?

Just ask them. They can only say yes or no and if it is a friend they will prefer to say yes  rather than no.
