it is very hard!  Because.. for example english as a second language students have the habit of generlizing... so the word "the" is used for something that is unqiue or there is just one thing of it... like God... so the students think "oh there is only one God, so i can say "the God, knows everything"..... Or with "ed" spellings.. everything that happened in the past takes "ed" so played, called, wented, thinked, eated....
