  1. go to the gym. lay off the junk.

  2. try out! no one says you have to be skinny, thats just the sterotype.  and sence your flexiable that is awesome :D

but if you really want to be skinnier just for the heck of it run a lot, do crunches and drink water.

oh + dont eat a lot of junk.

  3. lay off the friedn food and exercise. Heres what u can do i used to be a cheerleader

exercise abot 2x a day in the morning and at nigh do yoga at night to

    keep u calm.

make sure u eat 3-4 serving a vegatble no fried stuff dont eat alot of bread and mac and cheese

try this for about 2 weeks and u should be good oh yeah ALWAYS STRETCH. I hope U Make it :)

  4. Uh, WHAT?  If you are trying to lose weight, exercise and diet.  If you are trying to become a cheerleader, try out.  If you are a skater, stick to that.  You are all over the place with this question.  I wonder if you read it back to your self or if you just rambled the words as they passed through your brain.

  5. You're what -- 12? 13?  And you want to appear more fit & slender?

1.) DON'T cut calories.  You'll just sap your energy and muscle tone and you'll only lose a little bit of weight.

2.) Eat better food.  More veggies, fruit, & fiber like lean meat & whole grains.  You'll feel better and look slimmer just from cutting water retention.

3.) Talk to a doctor (or maybe school nurse or gym teacher?) about adding some light weightlifting to your exercise.  You're already skating so you're doing aerobics, light weights will help you build muscle mass which will make you look slimmer.  Remember to be very careful starting out and get an adult's advice as you don't want to injure yourself & lose flexibility, which is easy to do at your age.

Remember that at your age you may not be able to see a difference on the bathroom scale, but you'll feel different inside, and others will be able to see that you're in better shape.  Get your parents involved, set a reasonable goal and have them help you stick with it.  Good luck!

  6. Become friends with other cheerleaders on the team and have them meet you somewhere or have them come to your house and stretch and teach you some cheers, and if they can, tumbling, it will help you lose some weight. You also have to exercise and eat right. This way, you will become skinnier, and learn some material, which both will help you make the team! You will also be much healthier.

    (:

  7. do more exercise

    go running

  8. they should not be judging you by the way look...

  9. lay of all the junk food  don't like stop eating just eat heath food and try to like go to the gym on weekends

  10. First of all, you're in 7th grade and want a scholarship in middle school. You shouldn't worry about that till your actually in highschool. And second, you can get a lot of scholarships other than cheerleading.

  11. you dont need to be a skinny cheer leader someone has to be on the bottom of the pyrimad

  12. go for jogs, eat healthier, go to the gym.

then you will definitely be a healthy cheerleader and skinier :]

  13. Do not diet. You are still growing. Be careful not to eat too much sugar and fat. Make sure you are drinking enough water and skim milk during the day. Watch out for processed foods. Organic whole grain bread is better than Wonder bread. Pancakes from scratch are healthier than Aunt Jemima's.
