  1. Until you are 18 you are not able to sign a legal document, so you would not be able to enter into any contracts.

  2. The traditional surrogate candidate is between the ages of 21 and 36, though if you are in excellent health, there is still the possibility.

Here are some links on becoming a surrogate.

    Things You’ll Need:

    Body in good physical condition\

    Getting Started

    Step

    1

Educate yourself about state laws and pregnancy. Each state has different laws concerning the rights of a surrogate mother. Read books and articles about pregnancy and surrogacy to understand exactly what will be expected of you.

    Step

    2

Assess your needs. Take time to think about the effects of a pregnancy on your life. Do you have health insurance or will the couple you are a surrogate for need to provide it? Will it interfere with your job or family? How would you deal with complications in the pregnancy?

    Step

    3

Talk with surrogate agencies and independent surrogate so you can decide which direction is right for you.

    Using an Agency

    Step

    1

Choose an agency that is right for you. There are many internet-based agencies as well as agencies based in most large cities. Research as many different agencies as you need to. Many will have references you can contact.

    Step

    2

Apply to the agency to become a surrogate. You'll have to fill out an application as well as meet certain health requirements with most agencies.

    Step

    3

Interview with potential families. The agency will set you up with potential couples who are seeking a surrogate mother.

    Step

    4

Choose a couple. This is probably the most important step; so choose your family carefully. You will be working with them for at least nine months. The couple you choose needs to have the same ideas about pregnancy as you do. The couple will also have to choose you in order to continue with the surrogacy.

    Step

    5

Sign a contract. You will be asked to sign a contract with the potential parents to make sure everyone gets what they expect from the pregnancy.

    Surrogacy as an Independent

    Step

    1

Understand that as an independent surrogate you'll have to handle all the paper work and fees yourself.

    Step

    2

Find the couple you wish to be a surrogate for. This may make take a while. There are many forums and websites devoted to connecting couples and surrogate mothers.

    Step

    3

Meet the couple and discuss what everyone expects from each other.

    Step

    4

Discuss payment and other medical or financial arrangements with the couple.

    Step

    5

Draw up a contract everyone agrees on. Make sure the contract covers insurance, payment and living expenses if that's what you require.

  3. You need to have given birth. You can donate eggs at 18. As of now you are too young to do anything. Finish school and work really hard on your English...surrogate

  4. You will best help them if you wait until you are 18, which I am assuming is the legal age. Your body is still developing and to put it under that much stress could be dangerous. Finish your studies and maybe volunteer at an organization that helps these people in the meantime. :)

  5. You are a minor...You can't.

And even after you become of age, surrogate mothers will usually already have children of their own.  That is how they know how hard or easy pregnacies are and how well they do.

Finally, you need to be very well prepared emotionally.  Pregnancy involves literally 150 years worth of hormones in your body- and you need to know how to deal with giving up that child when it's born.  It is not as simple as it sounds.

Take your time, grow up, go to college and have a family first.  Then think about it.  Even though I have to say I find your concern with helping others admirable.

  6. I don't know for definite. I'm 16 myself. However I know that here in the UK you aren't an adult until you are 18. I would think that you must be 18 to do this, even though you could get pregnant of your own accord.
