get more than 199 points i think and stop asking questions answer them and if you get the best answer you get an extra 10 points..

Just keep answering questions and not asking them. Look on your profile to see how many points you need.

get enough points - 1000 - and keep them higher than 1000 - ansewr qustions, get best answers, keep going...

Click on points you have and it will let you know how many points you need to go up each level. 250 gets you to level 2. Just keep answering questions to earn 2 points per answer.

Put deep thought and care into your answers and if your lucky you'll get best answer and you have to keep answering Q's till you reach your daily limit!!!
