How can you beat tom morello in guitar hero III without a guitar?

i have the game but i dont have the wireless guitar that comes with it. i play with a normal controller. so how would i be able to beat the boss tom morello without being able to tilt my guitar up? since i have a normal controller there is no way to "tilt" and beat him.

I am preety sure  that the back button on the xbox 360 controller activates star power

so that would be select on any other system except wii, but wii sucks so yah.

why dont you just buy a guitar dude?

well i have all the games and since u have a controller press the select button

and you'll get the star power
