I got it... There is no chance for the women to have their own Moto GP but then how can someone (anyone) be part of this great show? And what's this AMA? :) :D How come there is a woman there?

  1. It is true that most MotoGP riders start young: usually as young as 3 or 4, and starting to race at around 6. But not all of them. One of the greatest current riders, Max Biaggi, didn't start riding till he was 16, and didn't start racing until he was 18. But the truth is, that experience counts, and so starting young helps.

As for the question of women racers, a couple of years ago, a German woman, Katja Poensgen, competed in the 250 series (the feeder class for MotoGP), although sadly, she was on the worst machinery in the field, and neither she nor her team mate did very well that season.

Currently, there is a German girl called Lucy Glockner racing in the Red Bull Rookies Cup, a series aimed at young kids between 13 and 17, with the specific aim of finding world class talent.

As for getting into racing, both Brian W and Duc have some good suggestions. That's the first place I would start.

    Good luck!

  2. If you have a bike, and have some riding experience, start with some trackdays. Try www.nesba.com or www.teampromotion.com, there are many others depending on where you live. You may not end up in AMA or MotoGP, but there are many other race orginizations that are fun and more affordable to privateers, such as wera and ccs.

  3. My suggestion...start out by going to a racing school....go through all the levels....then see how you stack up against other riders at the school...you will get valuable training and a chance to prove yourself....

some champions that have used the techniques by keith code and champions trained

first prove yourself in the U.S...then worry about motogp..if you can't ride a superbike then you definitely won't ride a motogp beast

get in some club races at various tracks throughout the country

  4. You needs tons of talent and be about 11 or 12 years old and join The MotoGP Red Bull Rookie Race School.

Your s*x has nothing to do with, but your age might !!!

AMA is the American version of World Super Bike Racing ..................... only the American chapionship is far better..... and the British Championship is better then that!
