How can you become a millionaire today in heathcare??

I am entering nursing school and want to create a clinic for my patients. My goal is to be a Nurse Practitioner with my own practice. I know that is going to take a lot of hard work...I am willing to dedicate that. How do i gain enough funds to build a clinic. in low income/poor neighborhoods...What should I be preparing for now....
