  1. Watery...

  2. Where life began.  Chemically similar to blood.  Unimaginably gentle, unimaginably strong.  Unowned.

  3. My first word that comes to mind is Amazing!  It takes my breath away every time I see it....which isn't often....maybe that is why.  But I love the sight & sound & smell of the ocean!

So blue & it goes on forever!

  4. Expansive

  5. Big blue wobbly thing that mermaids live in

  6. i read something one time and i thought it was really cool that nomatter what we try to do we cant stop the ocean from changing and moving, from ebbing and flowing. we can kill everything around and in it but it will still be there, chaging the earth, changing us. thats not an exact quote, but its from This Is All by Aiden Chambers.

  7. Violent, unforgiving, cold, vast, empty, dreary, unending....     That is, if you're on a ship crossing it without sighting land for weeks.

  8. Shark infested and wet.

  9. The sea is dangerous and its storms terrible-but these obstacles have never been suffiecient reason to stay ashore.

A body of water occupying about 2/3rds of a world made for man..... who has no gills.

I have spent 100's of nights and days on the sea and loved it.
