How can you block a number from calling your house?

This person keeps calling my house and won't stop.

please help me, they are disturbing the peace of my house.

if your phone provider does not offer call-block...then get a callerID manager....

either get a feature called call block or call interecept. One will give person recording that U are not accepting calls from that number and the other will let u know who it is before you answer...GREAT FEATURES to have!
