You probably would anyway if you use tampons.

Your hyman is a sign of your virginity, and you should keep it for as long as you can.  Otherwise s*x usually does it.  I personally wasn't aware of it, but I had used tampons from a young age.

It'll break in it's own time, best not to rush these things, they'll happen eventually!

I must have done mine by using tampons, as it didn't hurt when I first had s*x at 17.

s*x, tampons. You dont feel it. If you use a tampon during your period you will think its just part of you period.

Mostly through s*x, but tampons and sports help.

Also using a finger can help loosen everything up!

It hurts for some people and others don't feel it. But don't worry it will happen on its own so don't force anything!

Besides the obvious way, i think gymnastics can cause it to break. I wouldn't know how painful (being a guy... maybe I shouldn't be answering this) but I'd imagine you'd know about it.
