I am from Guatemala and I suggest you the following:

1. That she ask for a US visa, she needs to have some papers with her such a letter from her actual job to prove that she has money to support her trip and that she will be back

2. That she ask for a student visa, but she needs papers of the school where she is going to study, also proofs that her family is able to pay her studies at the USA.

3. That you come to Guatemala and marry her and then that apply for papers as your wife.
