I suffer from depression and social anxiety disorder, and lately I've been feeling sudden bouts of anxiety for just a minute and then it goes away. Most of the day today, my anxiety has been building up, I don't think it's about anything social, I think it's because I'm depressed and (subconsciously) feel like my life is going nowhere and I'm getting anxious about it. Can you please tell me some ways in which I can calm down, I've tried concentrating on my breathing, and breathing slowly but it's not helping.
All I want to know is how to calm down, I don't want you to tell me to see a psychologist or something =)
