  1. Use faststone's FREE Capture program:

    ZIP File - http://www.oldapps.com/download.php?olda...

With it running in the SysTray, press Ctrl + PrintScrint and adjust manually the capture area you want.  Open a GOOD graphics editor and do a Ctrl + V to paste image.  Save as a PNG (lossless) or a JPG (compressed and lossy) format.

A free editor that works very well:

  2. Trying taking a screen shot of it and then pasting that in paint.

Click the PRINT SCREEN button (can be found on the top-right prt of your keyboard) with the word document open.

Next open up paint and click CTRL + V

Edit out the parts you don't want and then save it as a picture!

  3. Change the format to .gif or .jpeg and it should work.
