How can you check the reputation of a catering company?

I've checked with the BBB; their not registered. Their based in TN yet somehow they work in GA and TN. I've only spoken to the lady by email. She says she's at the corporate office in TN and they want 50% now and the other half the day of. They have the best prices I've found in the metro area however, I'd feel more comfortable meeting the people who are setting & serving my wedding.

Best prices would not do you any good, if you get nothing for it.

You didn't say where you live, but my advice would be to get someone local, even if it costs more.

If they are not registered with the BBB and claim to be doing business in multiple states, I would be very leery of them.

You would not want your wedding ruined by unscrupulous businesses.
