How can you clean a scratched video game without a repair kit if possible?

I tried with everything like just a simle clean of those special cd sprays, water, and used the scratch kit but they all didn't work.

If none of methods you have used work, then your disc has probably been scratched on the top, which is unrepairable, or been scratched so deeply that it reached the top. If a scratch reaches the top where the physical data is, then the data that was corrupted cannot be fixed. If it is a computer game, then if you know someone who owns it, you can copy it (which would count as a legal backup). Or you could go to torrent site, and try to download an iso disc image. If it is a ps3 or xbox game, then you are out of luck. If it is a playstation game, then there might be a complicated way to get a legal backup of it. But you probably wouldn't want to go through it, as it would cost either a large amount of money, or a large amount of time, depending on the method you would use.
