you should be able to find granulated cricket bait, if not, granulated roach bait works fine     the biggest help is to cut out the outside white light, which may not be practical for a business

Heavy cricket migrations are hard to control. It may be necessary to use contact insecticides both inside and outside the home. Indoors, apply to cracks and crevices, baseboards, in closets, under stairways, around fireplaces, in basements and other hiding places.
