I recently got a tan, and right on the crease of my arms its all blotchy and white, and discolored[and occasionally itchy and dry], and it drives me crazy. What are some ways i can get the discoloration or blotches to go away or cover up?

  1. i no i have that too =[ and

    schools starting soon so

    its like kind of embarrassing.

so i just take advantage of

the cold and wear long sleeves.

    my dermatologist said that it

should go away with time. its just

because i put on some medicine that

has steriods, thats why it has some

parts that are light brown and dark

    brown

  2. I had really bad eczema on my arms and when it went away I had huge white splotches too. They were VERY noticeable and I hated it. Going out in the sun as much as you can does help, even though at the time it might make it a little more noticeable because the skin around it still tans. In the long run though it helps the color come back. It really is just a waiting game though. Mine is pretty much a normal now, it took about 6 long months. When I went on vacation I even tried putting concealer on my arms to make them blend to the normal color, although I think this irritated the eczema and made it red afterward so I wouldn't try it if I were you.
