How can you cure love obsession?!

some people mistaken love from obsession. what can you do to cure love obsession?! i am doing a research about this informations about it would really help.

You have to be comfortable in your own skin. It's important to know that this other person isn't required for happiness. Once you realize that you don't have to attach yourself to the obsession, the obsession ceases to exist.

Look inward and find self-love by taking joy in all the fabulous traits you possess. Also, keep busy with doing incredible things that bring you happiness. A great thing to include in this list of things is volunteer work and employment that brings great satisfaction.

Some times you think you love someone so much you can't be without them.   You may find yourself doing crazy things to be with them.  This crosses the line from love to obsession.  Obsession is an attempt to make up for personal inadequacies in your life.  "I can't go on without you."  Love means doing what's best for the other person, even if that means you can't be with them.  This may sound corny to many, but a description of love can be found in the Bible:  I Corinthians chapter 13.
