  1. You could use a rotary tool.

  2. depends on how thick the wood and how big the circle. a keyhole saw would work for most.

  3. You could drill many small holes next to eachother around the circle and pop out the would only if it doesn't have to be perfect!

  4. There are many different ways you can use a saw,jig saw and much more

  5. Do you need a wood circle or do you need a round hole in a piece of wood?  If you need a wood circle you could use a bandsaw.  A reciprocating saw like a Sawzall would work for either,  A coping saw might work.  If you need a wood circle you could cut an octagon with any saw and round the corners with sandpaper.

  6. It depends on how large of a circle you need. If it only has to be a few inches, they have an attachment for a s***w gun that cuts circles.Sorry I can't remember what they are called.

  7. many difrent ways to cut a circle.  The best way is to use a router with a plundg bit.  secure the router on a circle jig or peice of 1/4 in plywood.  set a nail in the jig at the radius of your circle and nail it to the wood you are cutting.  this will allow your router to move in a perfect circle around the radius point.  make a seriese of passes each slightly deaper with the bit until you are all the way threw.

You can also use a table saw, but it is extreamly dangerous if you don't know exactly what you are doing.  It too will cut a perfect circle.

a jig saww or coping saw will allso work, but circle will be iregular.

  8. You could use a coping saw, a very inexpensive hand tool.  Less than $10 probably, and you could probably borrow one from someone.
