  1. It sucks, but you gotta go cold turkey for awhile. Let your tolerence die down a bit.I have had to go six months before mine subsided enough.


  2. Stop drinking for a while. Your body has built up a tolerance.

  3. The best answer is to stop for a while. A good while 6months to a year.  Others are physically taxing and can have damaging results but here they are ...lose a lot of weight, don't eat for a while before you drink, drink when your tired......

  4. Stop drinking??  You are or will be VERY soon, an Alcoholic.  Do not drink, never drink again.

  6. What do you drink? Drink less. Then when your tolerance is down start back with something like wine, and work your way back up to 151 and any other high proof liquors.

    I dont think there is any food you can eat or anything like that to decrease tolerance.lol

  7. If you have that high of a alcohol tolerance maybe you shouldn't drink so much...

    Just an opinion.
