How can you delete a progrom off a computer thats using Win XP?

Question

I went into Add/remove programs and keeps giving me a error message where it says do you want to send error report, Yes or No.

The program is Yahoo messenger and no matter where I go to remove it, the computer won't remove it.

Its on a Gateway Solo 1400 laptop.

Any suggestions??

might wanna try this program called CCleaner it does a whole bunch of things but it also can uninstall programs
