UPDATE:

I wouldn't depend on Yahoo accounts being deleted after 4 months of activity actually. That doesn't always happen and the timing is vague in Yahoo Terms of Service, regardless of what is said in the help pages... it really depends. It's up to Yahoo's discretion on that one.

Your Yahoo ID is what gives you access to all those services. If you delete the ID, then you lose access to Y/A, 360, Mail and any other Yahoo service via that ID. However, in the case of Y/A, your resolved answers and questions remain on the site. In the case of Y!360, it's possible that your 360 space will not be deleted like the rest of it.

If you want to try deleting everything by deleting your account, I recommend that you first remove any OPEN answers or questions from Yahoo! Answers account if you desire AND removing all content that you added to your 360 space.  

To remove OPEN Q&A, click on your avatar on the far left corner of most Yahoo Answers pages OR click on the "My Profile" link on the far, upper right corner of the page. This takes you to your Y/A profile page. Scroll down to the bottom and you will see tabs. The "My Questions" tab shows questions you've asked. Clicking actual question link will take you to the question, where you can click on the pencil icon to choose the delete option.

To remove content from your 360, make all your settings (basic info, blog, communication, and every module on your "My Page") set to "Friends" or "Just Me (Private)".  The "Just Me (Private)" setting is preferred, but if you don't have that option choose "Friends." Delete all your friends (see http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/fri... ). Change the background back to the default version - either called the "custom" or "classic" theme.

ONLY THEN, go to http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/edit/ch... and click the Account Deletion link. If you read through the text, you will find this will also remove access to all associated services for that account.

NOTE: If a COMPLETELY deleted account doesn't result in a deleted 360 page, contact CUSTOMER CARE by clicking the button at the bottom of this page: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/edit/re... or use the ABUSE FORM at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/abu... . It's possible that you won't be deleted COMPLETELY from the user registration database until after 90 days.

and underneath the question:
