You could almost do that picking up cans and bottles along the highway for resale & recycling. All depends on how enterprising you are and how willing you are to do a little work you are. It certainly won't jump into your pockets. Work at it seems to be the best answer!

Go to work at Wal-Mart?  My local one starts checkers at $8.40/hour. At that rate, you'd make $6.72/hour after taxes (20%) and would only have to work about 45 hours to bring home $300.  So, you could work 12 hours a week and make that.
