  1. You can do that on photoshop.

Open a picture that you want to edit on photoshop.

On the top of the window, click on "Image" then on "Adjusments" and then on "Hue/saturation". Set the "Saturation" to -100. In this way the whole picture will turn into black and white.

Then click on "History tool" or simply Press 'Y' and use it in the area where you want to colors to stand out.

If you don't have photoshop,You can try downloading Gimp which is quite similar to photoshop and lets you edit pictures in 100s of ways:

    Download Gimp here:

    Gimp-http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.h...

  2. You can make BW photos with color in them using these free online image editors:

Make the photo black and white. Repaint over items you want in color with color filter.

    Splashup

Create a dupe layer Convert to black and white. Erase the parts you want in color.

    FotoFlexer

Duplicate the layer and change it to grayscale Erase items you want to be in color in the BW layer, so that the color shows through.

  3. Method 1: Duplicate the background/layer < select < color range < here the -selction preview: white matte ; use the tool to select the region u wanna keep(click on the color picker icon on the same window) ; play around with the brightness(fizziness) ; then ok < click the button (layer mask) that will protect the previous layer < click background < image < adjustment < gradient map < select the 3rd from the right(the icon with black fading to silver); click ok

** should there be any region with unwanted color, just click the background layer before and use the eraser tool.

OK. Ya, I forgot, ur shirt in blue. Just use the magnetic lasso tool, allign the boundary of ur shirt, go to Layer< new adjustment layer < color balance....

Method 2: Simply duplicate the background < layer < new adjustment layer < hue/saturation; click  ok < bring the saturation to : -100 ; click ok < select paint brush tool; make sure the color u'v chosen is black ;u paint the region that u wanna leave the color on <  That's all, u can use the eraser to adjust it, then see how to change ur shirt to blue.

    Good luck!!
