How can you evolve lickitung? pokemon diamond?

mine has rollout and it didnt evolve well its lvl 36 and i got it off wifi gts

sooo i dont know what to do please help!

u need to evolve it with rollout

breed another one if it won't evolve. then just level up as usual

just keep battling. battling is the most important if you want to level up. you can also go to the day care in solceon town to raise your pokemon. GOOD LUCK. p.s most pokemon evolve about level 40 - 45

level up your lickitung to lvl 33, and allow it to learn Rollout. After this, it will evolve into lickilicki.
