How can you find a really good vacation that is international and cheap?

At the moment, it's going to be hard to put cheap and international in the same sentence when going on vacation due to rising airline prices and just everything in general going up.  Also, the dollar is so weak that it almost makes it impossible.  Definitely, don't go to Europe, you'll pay double as the exchange rate is 2:1.  Try the carribean or a country were the dollar is significantly stronger.

Here is a cheap Bahamas cruise.  My understanding is all you have to pay are the port taxes.
