How can you find out America's foreign relation with other nations?

I am looking for a site that says basically what countries America likes/dislikes

America is diplomatically attached with countries that support its thrusts particularly the war against terrorism like UK, Australia and Philippines.  It is against countries that harbor terrorists and do not respect its superpower status like Pakistan, Libya and other Islamic countries.
