How can you find out about someones life in another country?!?!?!?!?

i would like to know about a polish man who has recently moved to england, i know nothing of his life in poland and he is somewhat mysterious about himself, i don't really want to pay anything, like private investigatiors or anything like that,

does anyone no of a webpage for example that would help me, or any other ideas would be great,

You need more information about him. Name, DOB, Place of birth, Previous(Polish) address, Work, School. Anything that links him or confirms to be who he says he is. You cannot just find out anything about anyone just because you want to know. Think about about someone else wanting to know about YOUR personal details and past life. Ask yourself if YOU are entitled to YOUR privacy?!.

you have  to  understand  where  he comes  from  being  mysterious   is    a defense  mechanism  when you are under the microscope 24/7  and  you  dont  know  who to trust  and  who will turn  you in to the  Stassi (secret  police)  and you   could    disappear  without  a trace if  you say the wrong  thing  to the wrong  person     so  my advice  is   back  off and  give  him  room when and  if  he  feels  it is  safe to do so  he  will talk to you    Gorbalizer

If you don't know how to procure such information then you obviously have no right or valid reason to have it.  Everybody has a right to personal privacy.  If I moved to a country, I wouldn't want somebody trying to investigate my past life in England unless they had a legal right to conduct such enquiries
