Question:

How can you find out if someone had a baby?

How would one go about finding out if someone had a baby recently? I can't actually ask the person or ask anyone that knows that person (I have to be rather secretive about the whole thing). I already looked at the news paper and the births but not everyone publishes that info.

Does anyone know how I could search or find this info?

  1. Most hospitals nowadays have their nursery photos available for all to see.  You might look up some local area hospitals that the baby might have been born in and check their new arrivals.  Other than that, short of asking them, you're probably out of luck.

  2. In most places you need to be related to the person for whom you are requesting a birth certificate, or have a good reason such as genealogy research to get a copy.

In Canada and the UK, vital records are not made public for a certain number of years following the event: 100 years for births, 50 years for marriages, and 70 for deaths.

  3. All births are a matter of public records. Check with your court house

  4. County records, they are public.

  5. Depends on why you would need to know. If you think you may have fathered a child then you would need to petition the court for them to make her give up the info. If you are just being nosey about someone that has nothing to do with you then you are out of luck if you dont want to ask them and vital records are not public records in yoru area. I suppose you could hire a P.I. to follow her around and see if they can dig up any hospital records and whatnot.

  6. You could maybe go ask the wefare how to find out..or the health dept..or maybe the court house

  7. there stomache gets big pregnet people are pissed off more often ummmm they eat more or u told ask them or they tell they are pregnet
