How can you find out if someone has bought your land or an owner has sold it?

Check the county recorder's deed records, or assuming you don't know how to do that, ask a title insurance company to do it for you. The fee will probably be minor and they might do it for free.

Tax assessor records will give you some information, but may not be 100% accurate, fully informative or current. You have to check the deed records to be sure.

http://www.v1g.org has all the records regarding property information.. so odds are everything you will need to know will be found here. It's like 20 bucks, but you'll have your information.

Your question makes no sense.  If you are the owner you should certainly know if you sold it and if you are the owner how is it possible that "an owner has sold it" that you are not aware of?

if it is your land, you are the owner.  No one else can sell it.
