You can't.   P.S -- That is such a dumb detail question. Do you really think any phone company is going to give you personal info. about someone else's account ?  They always have you give a pass word before they even give you info, on your account.   Do you really think you can just call up any company and get private info. about anyone.  That is dumb.

If you suspect they have caller id, dial *67, then dial their number.  This hides your number.  If they have caller id with 'anonymous call rejection', which most people do have, your call will be rejected. You will be told to unblock your number.  This means that they do have caller id.

The only way you can find out if someone has caller-ID is to call them and ask.

*67 blocks your number, but that doesn't determine if they have it or not.  They still have access to *69 to call you back.
