  1. Go to your county website you should be able to find out there, i now you can where i live so i assume thats for all countys as well

  2. Go to the police station & ask.

  3. If you are truly concerned about this issue go to your local police station and ask the desk Sargent to look up you record.  He may put you through an awkward time because he will want to know why this is of concern to you.  Did you break the law and do you think that there are arrest warrents out for you.  If you think there are, don't go into the police station.  It could turn nasty.  Why don't you just let it go and as long as you are never picked up in a driving violation you will be OK.

  4. Call your local police department and tell them you want to find out if there is a warrant for someone.  They won't know if you are asking about yourself or asking about a friend, and they don't really care.  If you do have a warrant, find out what needs to be done to take care of the warrant.  Then do it.

  5. Generally you can't in most places in North America.

In Canada even if you call, and ask for someone you are told that "The person in question would have to go to the station or be visited by an officer at his place of residence to find out".

They aren`t allowed to just tell someone as that could lead to the person in question going on "the run".

As well as other reasons I am sure.
