How can you find out what size hardrive you have?

I need the size of my hardrive for my computer homework and I have no idea how to find that out. I barely even know a lot of information and details about hardrives (or the correct spelling). So please, help a girl out here. Yours truly, Sage Roberto. HAPPY ANSWERING!!

The simplest way would be to go open "My Computer" on your desktop.  Look for the your local hard disk drive, commonly "C:"  and on the left hand side you will see the total size as well as the free space.

Go to 'My Computer'

Then find the main partition (harddrive), this would normally be called C: drive after that right click it and you should see how much space you started off with and how much you have remaining.

Open my computer, right click the hard drive you wish to find information about, and then click properties, it should say capacity in the box somewhere, e.g 120GB which is gigabytes.

Easiest way - Open My Computer, left click the drive you want to find the size of. It will tell you the total size in the sidebar on the left.

go to my computer right click on each drive then properties check the space of every hard drive then add them to each other xD here ya go lol

Double-click on your 'My Computer' icon (if you're running Microsoft Windows) and then right-click on your C: drive which is your hard drive, and go to 'properties'. You'll see a box with a picture of a pie-chart on it. The chart will tell you the total capacity of the drive. For example, my hard drive shows 18.9 GB used, 55.5 GB in free space, and so my total hard drive space is 74.5 GB.

Right-click My Computer, then click Manage, then in the tree on the left select Storage then select Disk Management. You will find in the button a list of your Hard Disk Drives (HDD) along with their sizes.

go to my computer and right click the mouse button to the drive you want to check and then after clicking select properties and pie chart will come and you can see the space written below the pie chart!!!!

Click on My Computer. There should be drives like C drive. Some have more depends on how you configured it. E.g now righl click c drive and click on properties. This is the total space allocated in C drive. It proly tells you how much you have left and stuff like that

If you have other dives do the same. The total is what you hard drive is. (dont check the cd or dvd drive lol) hope it helps ...

Double click on the icon on your screen called either computer or my computer, you will see the size of your hard drive there.
