How can you find someone?

I've looked it up on the web, the white/yellow pages aren't useful and only give me one of his last addresses. I don't have enough money for a detective or such.

His name is Raees Ansari and he's at least over 40 years old.

go to zabasearch.com and put info in. take that info and do a reverse look up on whitepages.com  if that doesn't work,the rest is deep-web and a pain to do. much easier to do a simple paid people search. good luck.
