How can you get a V.I.P. pass to a St. Louis Rams game?

I was wondering how people got V.I.P. passes to games. Who do I have to talk to acquire this feature? Also, about how much do you think it would cost to get such a pass? I have 100 level seats to the Bills @ Rams game, and I wanted to go onto the sideline with my father, and talk to some of the players. How do I go about doing this? Thanks
