How can you get a picture loaded to replace the avatar?

i loaded into my 360 page but it still isnt showing up? how can i fix this.

Some users are experiencing a problem with the 360 avatar. it can take some hours to show but it will eventually so please be patient.

If the picture is showing in Edit My Info, make sure you've clicked Preview, to save the change, then click OK.

If it's not showing, go back to your 360 and Edit Personal photo and be sure you've chosen your pic as Primary and scroll down and click Save.

Then check in your profile.

In any event, sometimes there's a slight delay for pics to show up. Have patience.
