How can you get cash from DUBAI paypal?

I have Dubai paypal verified account but when i click on withdraw they say that you can withdraw through credit card only so plz tell me that how can i get money through credit card and how can i get cash money from it? i m very confuse so plz help me out.. thnks in advance

Bank accounts don't work with UAE Paypals I think. Just withdraw it to your credit card and link your credit card to your bank account. Contact your local bank.
