  1. unfortunately, most cities do not have free recycling and it costs about five dollars a month to participate in the program. in my opinion, it saves to pay it though. you'll ultimately get the money back through the saving of the world. :] i am a huge advocate of the green movement. :] your local trash collection service should most likely offer a recycling program from which you can buy a recycling bin. give them a call.! good luck.! :]

  2. Do you mean no people have blue bins as in there is no blue bin recycling going on in your town/city or no store has blue bins?

In my area  we can buy them for about $5.00 at the local  hardware store.  You can phone your local recycling centre and ask them where you can get one.

Oh, so you are wanting your town to start recycling.  The only thing I can think of is to get lots of people to sign a petition to have a recycling program (go door to door), when the mayor sees all the people that want recycling he/she might realize it is important.

  3. In this part of the country, they are used out in the county. They are furnished by the tax payers,

  4. In my town, Brielle, they distributed blue containers (about the size of a 5 gallon paint tub, with a handle) many years ago when they started the town recycling program.  Original participants still use them and sometimes there will be some available at the town municipal yard.  Otherwise, they do sell larger blue recycle cans at Home Depot, Staples and on line of course.  What I did was buy an inexpensive regular trash can, and wrote "RECYCLE" on the can and lid with a silver Sharpie marker.

  5. We just go to City Hall, here in Somersworth, NH.  They cost $5 each.

  6. All Public Service Buildings give free blue recycling bins in Charleston, SC. This includes larger DMVs and County Buildings.

  7. ours are free you contact Waste Management Services they are the local contractor for out city and they drop it off free or you call the city up and again the contracting company will drop one off next blue box day.If you have curb side pick up and have to pay for a box buy a large rubber maid tote and use it

  8. hi ya i work for the recycling in Runnymede u have to ring the  Runnymede council and we will drop one off to u hope this helps u

  9. Are you saying that your city doesn't have curb-side recycling pick up?  If that's the case, call your local city government or set up an appointment to talk to someone.  Maybe they're just unaware of the benefits for the planet and actually for them.  Recycling is a huge tax write-off - I'm sure if you pointed that out, maybe they'll start recycling.  I bet your community would love it too!

  10. call your local service (like read the company name on a neighbors box - usually have a phone number too).  they should come drop one off for you on their next run
