How can you get into S.W.A.T.?

Question

I am going to the marines for infantry or scout sniper.

I was thinking that maybe with these skills accuired in the marines, I would be able to abtain a job in S.W.A.T. I would mainly like to hear answers from anyone in S.W.A.T. or in the military
